Hilloween is a multi-day festival in Mitchell County, NC that celebrates Blue Ridge Mountain culture, supports young people across the region, and creates fun Halloween events for our friends and neighbors even if you’re “from off”. Some of these events are scary. Some are educational. Some might make you pee your pants—either from fear or laughter. All are fun, safe, and engaging for the entire family.
